Refunds and cancellations

How to ask

Write to info@focushelixway.click from the address used on the booking, or call 064-725-9941 during studio hours. Say the sitting name, the date, and whether you want a refund or a move to a later date. The studio confirms the outcome in writing. Please do not send a second transfer while a refund is being handled.

Timeframe and where the money returns

Approved refunds are sent to the same account that paid, within 10 business days after the studio confirms the amount. If the bank details on the original transfer cannot receive a return, we will ask for a Korean account in the same name before sending. Focus Helixway does not refund to a third party’s account.

Range Desk

The holding transfer of ₩150,000 is credited to the ₩890,000 seat fee. If you cancel 7 or more days before the first evening, the full amount received is refunded. If you cancel inside 7 days and before the first evening begins, half of the amount received is refunded and half is kept, because the seat is hard to refill once the booklet has been counted for the table. Once evening one has started, the seat fee is kept: the work has begun, the booklet is yours, and the follow-up chart sitting remains available for 30 days as part of that fee.

You may move a Range Desk seat to the next published desk once, without a fee, if you write at least 7 days before the first evening and the later desk has room. A second move is treated as a cancellation.

Clinic, open evening, and chart sitting

A full refund is made when you cancel at least 72 hours before the start. Inside 72 hours, and before the sitting starts, half is refunded. After the sitting has started, the fee is kept. A chart sitting may be moved once to another Wednesday or Friday in the following two weeks if you give 24 hours’ notice and the tutor has an open hour. The included follow-up that comes with a Range Desk seat follows the same 24-hour notice; it is not paid out in cash if you skip it.

No-shows

If you do not arrive and do not write before the start, the fee for that clinic, evening, or chart sitting is kept. For the Range Desk, missing a single evening does not by itself cancel the rest of the seat; write to us if you will miss one night and we will tell you what to catch up on the sheet. Missing the first evening without notice is treated as a start, and the refund for a later cancellation is no longer available.

Private groups and travel

A private group date is held when the quote is accepted in writing. If the group cancels 14 or more days before the day, amounts received are refunded except any tutor travel already bought and any sheets already printed for that headcount. Inside 14 days, half of the tuition portion is kept, and non-recoverable travel is kept in full. Travel quoted for a city outside Jeju-do is non-refundable once the ticket is purchased, which the confirmation email will state before you pay that portion. If Focus Helixway cancels, tuition and travel you already paid are refunded in full.

Materials

Printed booklets and evening sheets that have already been produced for a named student are non-refundable once printed. Unused blank stock is not billed separately. If a refund is partial, the confirmation note will say how much of the amount relates to printing.

When the studio cancels

If a tutor is ill or the room cannot open, we offer the next comparable date or a full refund of what you have paid for that sitting, including the holding transfer. The choice is yours. We do not substitute a different topic and treat it as the sitting you booked.

Exceptions

Korean mandatory consumer rules apply where they give you a stronger right than this page. A sitting that the studio cannot deliver because of its own fault is refunded in full. Dissatisfaction with a later trading result is not a ground for a refund: the fee is for the hours and the sheets, and orders remain your own.
