Terms of use

These terms cover the Focus Helixway website and the sittings arranged through it. They were last revised on 1 September 2026.

Who you are dealing with

The site is operated by Focus Helixway, the studio at 77 Jeju-daero, Jeju-si, Jeju-do, 63241. The official registered business name is Focus Helixway. Contact info@focushelixway.click or 064-725-9941 during studio hours. By using the site, requesting a seat, or attending a sitting, you accept these terms. If you are booking for a private group, the person who writes to us confirms they can bind that group to the quote that follows.

The sittings

Focus Helixway provides technical analysis training: classroom and one-to-one work on volatility, range structure, and position-sizing analysis. A confirmed seat is an agreement to attend the stated sitting and to pay the fee described on the fees page and in the confirmation email. Worksheets, examples, and spoken comments are teaching materials. Students place their own orders, if any, with their own brokerage after they leave the studio.

Dates on the session board can be updated when a table is full or when the tutor is ill. If Focus Helixway cancels a sitting, the refund page explains the return of fees. If you cancel, the same page explains what is returned and what is kept.

The website

You may read the pages, print a single copy of a note for personal study, and send yourself a link. You may not copy the worksheet text, session structure, or site wording into a paid class of your own, scrape the site, or present the materials as your own. The inquiry form is for genuine seat requests and questions about those seats. Automated or repeated submissions may be ignored.

Intellectual property

The site text, worksheet wording, session sequence, and visual design belong to Focus Helixway unless a credit says otherwise. A seat fee buys attendance and one personal set of the printed sheets for that sitting. It does not transfer ownership of the materials. You may keep your marked copy for your own later study. Redistributing the booklet, photographing the full shared board for publication, or recording the evening requires written consent from the studio.

Your own printed charts remain yours. Pencil marks made during a sitting are part of your copy. The studio does not claim your market data or your account records. Please do not bring materials you are not free to show in a small room.

Acceptable use of the room and the site

In the studio, students keep questions in turn, leave brokerage logins closed, and treat other people’s practice risk amounts as private. On the site, you will not attempt to disrupt the pages, probe the form endpoint, or send unlawful content. Focus Helixway may refuse a future seat when a student has disrupted a sitting or has misused the inquiry form, and will say so by email.

Liability

Training discusses how ranges, volatility, and position size can be written down. Markets move, and a method on a worksheet can still lose money when a student uses it later. Focus Helixway is not liable for trading losses, missed fills, brokerage decisions, or tax outcomes that follow from what you do after class. To the extent Korean law allows, liability arising from a sitting is limited to the fee you paid for that sitting. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law refuses to let a business limit, including liability for intentional misconduct or for personal injury caused by negligence at the studio.

The site is offered as a way to read about the studio and to send an inquiry. Pages may be updated as dates change. Focus Helixway is not liable for decisions made solely from an outdated session board; the confirmation email is the document that holds a seat.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Jeju-si have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or the sittings, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum that Korean law requires Focus Helixway to accept.
